this is so cool!!!... but I have a question: it only shows the last 5 posts. is there a possibility for me to choose which 5 I want? I mean, I update my blog daily, and I named this widget 5 TOP RATED POSTS. But in order for this to be true, I should be able to choose the top 5.

I added this to my blog.But I have warning like this "No Image Available"
LOTR, that sounds very peculiar. I'll see if I can find an easy fix for this problem. In the meantime, maybe you should try our other Recent Posts Widget.

I tried to use this widget, after adding it's displaying our recent post but when we click on a particular link, after refreshing page an error comes out as "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" on particular widget area. Please help.

hi, just put this on my sites, really nice:) only thing that i am unsure of is that it doesnt always seem to work, shows recent posts at times then just shows who 'powers' it..i quess its free but i hope it's not always like that cos its a nice gadget thing :)

I'm using images in my blog and the tag for the images (e.g. "Images via Wikipedia") shows up as the 1st line of all the recent posts. Is there a way to change that so that just the commentary is presented?

Vera, make sure that the images in each post are images that you have uploaded directly from your computer.

I would love to be able to have the some sort of widget that allows me to have the latest 5 blogger posts on my index.page (www.ark.ie) just like headlines.
When you click a "headline" it brings you to the relative post.
www.ark.ie which is not a blogger template, is this possible.
I suppose it would be similar to the twitter widgets that allow you to show your current posts and you simply embed the widget on to your HTML page. I did it with this site www.avalon-house.ie

Hi John, Love your tips, just found today through another blogger. Anyway, this one works great on Chrome on Firefox but on Internet Explorer when people click a link on my blog it will say Internet Explorer cannot display... and it all errors out. I noticed others on here said they had that issue. Is there a fix?

Hi i've been trying to implement this widget for several hours and just can't get it to work. When i'm the customising window with 'update' it looks ok but when i save and then preview the blog, where the recent posts should appear it's just blank. This is on both chrome and firefox. On IE i get an error page saying IE can't display this page.

JUST BEFORE 2 DAYS THIS WIDGET ON MY BLOG, AND IT SHOWS MY RECENT POSTS, BUT JUST NOW I HAVE CHANGED MY BLOGGER THEME AND THIS THEME IS VERY GOOD. AND ALL ELEMENTS OF BLOGGER WORKS IN THIS THEME. BUT WHEN I APPLY THIS WIDGET IT WORK NOT PROPERLY. AND NOT SHOW ANY RECENT POSTS. WHY? CAN U PLEASE HELP ME?
